Jackson, Shirley A., 57, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Saturday March 16, 2019 in Wichita. Shirley was born the daughter of Eugene and Ethel Jackson on November 27, 1961 in Wichita. Shirley enjoyed basketball, cleaning, cooking and helping senior citizens. Her last official employment was a manager at Church's Chicken on 13th and Hillside and the lady with the reddish blonde hair always made sure everything ran smoothly. Shirley will be greatly missed by her friends and family. She was preceded in death by her father; Eugene Jackson and brother; Christopher Baker. Left to cherish her memory are her children; Fontaine and Karnell Foster both of Wichita, Tasha Naki Foster of Atlanta, GA, Brianna Lima of Wichita, Brandon Dickson of Wichita, mother; Ethel M. Haan of Wichita, siblings; Mike (Kathy) Wilson of Wichita, George Baker of Oklahoma City, Brenda Baker Hayden and her husband Eric Hayden of Wichita, Val Gene Jackson of Wichita, grandchildren; Devoriah, TJ, Izaiyah, BJ, Uriah and Maddox, beloved nieces; Lanna Carthen-Simon of Atlanta, GA and Kalisha Carthen of Houston, TX and a host of extended family and friends. Celebration of Life services will be 2:30 p.m. on Saturday March 23, 2019 at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita, Kansas. Shirley's favorite colors were pink and red, the family requests you wear those or bright colors of your choice on Saturday.
