Schroeder, Shirley, 70, hospitality and service industry passed away Dec. 12, 2011. Shirley was preceded in death by her father Claude Hedrick and mother Mildred Smith Hedrick. Survivors are sons John A. (Cathy) Weatherman, Eric (Melanie) Schroeder, William Dean Wilhem; brothers Eugene (Linda) Hedrick, Charles (Mayetta) Hedrick, Kenneth Hedrick; sisters Rhonda (Edward Curtis) Tingen, Evelyn Riffle, Dorothy (Herb) Norman; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Viewing is Thursday 12 to 8 pm with family receiving friends 5 to 6 pm and funeral service is 3:00 pm Friday, Dec. 16, 2011 at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be sent to Hospice Care of Kansas.
