Sr. Anacleta Schuette

95, was born April 28, 1926 in Spearville, KS to William and Bernadine (Braun) Schuette, and entered into eternal rest on March 23, 2022.

She professed her First Vows on July 1, 1950.

Occupations throughout her lifetime include teacher for numerous elementary schools in Kansas, Principal (Christ the King, Wichita, 1968-1990), Formation Director, Province Secretary, and Director of Missions for Diocese of Wichita.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Mildred and Edna; brother, Clarence.

Survivors include brother, Elmer (Barbara) Schuette, Wright, KS; numerous nieces & nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews also survive; and Sisters of the ASC Community.

Sister Anacleta’s welcoming will take place on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m., followed by a wake service the same evening at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. All services will be held at the Chapel of the Woman of the New Covenant, Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita Center, 1165 Southwest Blvd. Interment at the Community Cemetery of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita.

A memorial fund has been established for the retirement of Sisters, ASC, 1165 Southwest Blvd., Wichita, KS 67213.
