Suzanne Eustache, 87, passed away on April 11, 2021. She was born September 14, 1933 in Cap Haitien, Lambert, Haiti. She moved to the United States in 1980 when she was 47 years old. Suzanne was a child care provider and very involved in church. Suzanne had a vision to minister to the homeless. She started a food ministry in downtown Orlando, Florida for the homeless and others in need, using her own apartment kitchen, leading to numerous churches being involved. Originally serving four people, the ministry grew to serving over 300 people a week, over a ten-year period. She was a co-founder of The Ephraim Project in Ethiopia, providing water wells for communities. She was very expressive of her Christian faith. Suzanne was very loved by all her family and friends. She is survived by her siblings Roland Eustache, Hyppolia Bermadin, Jeannine St. Martin, Saint Cius Eustache and Christine Marcellus; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 9am with funeral service to follow at 10am Saturday, April 24 at Bethel Life Center, 3777 S Meridian Ave, Wichita, KS 67217. Memorials will be donated for funeral expenses and to the school and family in Lambert, Haiti. Memorials can be made out to HCRD, a 5013C Organization.
