Sylvana Mary Schulte

Sister Sylvana Schulte, ASC, 91, born January 11, 1925, the daughter of Rudolf and Frances (Droste) Schulte, passed away August 28, 2016. Sister Sylvana professed her vows on August 11, 1941 and held several positions throughout her life working as a Teacher, Principal, Hospital Administration and Provincial Councilor. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Margaret; brothers, Henry, Bernard, Joseph, John, Raymond and Clarence. Survivors include her sisters in law, Mary Norma Schulte of Spearville, KS and Henrietta Schulte of Ft. Collins, CO; several nieces and nephews; Sisters of the ASC Community. Welcoming of the Body: 2 p.m. and Rosary at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31; Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 1, all services will be held at the Chapel of the New Covenant, Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita Center, 1165 southwest Blvd. Interment at the Community Cemetery of the Adorers of the Blood of Christ, Wichita.
