To the Allen Family,
My dad, Joseph Dempskie was Emma Allen's oldest brother.
I remember reconnecting with Tom at Stella and Michael Causey's wedding.
When I was a little girl visiting from NJ in PA, we usually stopped by to visit Aunt Emma. I remember playing on a lawn in front of the house.
My sister, Barbara, 12 years older than me, remembered more but she passed away in May of 2020.
With sincere condolences,
Diana Dempskie Skocypec

Dear Nancy, Kathleen, Jim and Family,
For those who don't me I was first cousin's with Tom. His Mom and my Dad, Louis Dempski were sister and brother. First I'd like to speak for my Dad. My Dad saw Tom like a son rather than a nephew. My father was so honored when Tom and Nancy flew out and came to visit him and you took him to see the Statue of Liberty. My father honored him with a knife he got in WWII. I hope you will not sell it. It is a family heirloom. Tom flew out for my Dad's viewing and funeral services that meant a great deal to my Mom and I. What meant even more was when he came for my Mom's 4 years later. I have some nice memories of when Kathleen and Tom came out for Amy's first wedding and when he and Nancy flew out for for my wedding. All these trips and visits told not only cared about his nuclear family, but his extended family as well. In the last couple years I enjoyed speaking on the phone on occasion.
My sincere sympathy on your losses. I wish I could have represented my father and myself at the services, but due to severe health conditions I can not travel alone. If someone could please e-mail Kathy's address, phone, and email I would appreciate it.

Fondly,
Stella Dempski Causey

Kelly and family - I am so sorry for your loss. I know it was a long struggle and that your dad can rest now. I will always remember your dad's wonderful sense of humor when he was working as a CSO at the federal courthouse. He always could make you smile. He made it a joy to walk into work each day. He was a wonderful man and will be missed!
