59, passed away January 18, 2018. He was born December 24, 1958 in St. Louis, MO, he later moved to Kingman, KS where he served with the Kansas Highway Patrol from 1983-2002 before retiring. He then moved to Wichita, KS where he worked for the Sedgwick County Department of Corrections 2004-present. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kevin Quinn. Colin is survived by wife, Bren Quinn of Wichita, KS; sons, Grant Quinn of Omaha, NE and Ian Quinn of Kingman, KS; daughter, Jessica (Sean) Greenlee of Haysville, KS; children through marriage, Ryan (Charlessa) Blanchard and Amanda (Michael) Morales both of Wichita, KS; brother, Gerry Quinn of St. Louis, MO; sisters, Sarah Simonis of Prescott, AZ and Christine Rondolf of Westerville, OH; grandchildren, Vivienne and Adele Greenlee, Gabby and Sophia Blanchard and Mason Morales. Funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018 at Glenn Park Christian Church.
