Timothy Sean Maloney

Timothy "Tim" Sean Maloney, age 64, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023. Tim was born in Wichita in 1959 to James and Betty (Weber) Maloney. Tim served 8 years in the US Navy, on the USS Midway, and USS Carl Vinson and he was stationed in Hawaii.

He enjoyed a lot of things including his Ham radio and his call sign was KB0JBW. Tim was also a member of the Single Action Shooting Society where he shared his interest in the history of the Old West and did cowboy reenactments under the alias "Kansas Cookie". He also loved to work on things whether it was woodworking or fixing electronics for friends and family. For many years Tim had worked at Hawker Beechcraft as a final wire inspector until he retired in 2011.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his twin sister Carrie (Wayne) Price, Sister Shannon Maloney-Scholler, Brother James (Debbie) Maloney, Aunt Carole Weber Jones, Uncle Ivan (Linda) Weber, and 5 Nieces and Nephews.
