Hernandez, Victoria Rita, 89, retired packer from Cudahy & Hormel meat packing, passed away March 7, 2013. Victoria was preceded in death by her husband Jose in 2008. She is survived by her sons, Joe S. of Harlingen, TX, Michael (Claudia), Manuel (Anna), Daniel (fiancé Lynn Hill) all of Wichita; daughters, Irene Maddox of San Antonio, TX, Micaela Elmore of San Antonio, TX, Josie (Ron) Williams of Edmond, OK, Angie (Bob) Kirkbride of Wichita; brother, Marion “Mark” Bargas of Wichita; 21 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren. Viewing is 5 to 6 pm, rosary 6:00 pm Sunday and funeral service is 10:00 am Monday, March 11 all at Resthaven Mortuary. Memorials may be sent to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice.
