52, passed away on January 9, 2018. Victoria was born July 19, 1965 to Bill and Cuca Mendoza in Wichita, KS. She enjoyed music, art, singing, dancing and participated in Special Olympics. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles "Bill" Mendoza; and siblings, Charles and Patricia Mendoza. Victoria is loved by all and survived by mother, Maria Mendoza; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Rosary will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, January 11th and Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Friday, January 12, 2018, both at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
