I remember meeting Vi at The Salvation Army, when we would have Women's Ministries on Monday.  She was always a good person to be around. I enjoyed traveling with her when we went to Women's Camp together. I will miss her very, very much. I pray God is with her close friends and family comforting them as they go through this difficult time. 

To Vi’s Family, We were so saddened to hear of Vi’s passing.  We will fondly remember her sweet smile and great sense of humour.

I will always remember and appreciate a story she shared  with me at my daughter Angi Phillips (Dalton's mother)' funeral ,  She was so kind to me, and the story still gives me comfort today. 

To the family of Violet Cole:     I have fond memories of visiting Violet and her family in Corner Brook during our summer vacations as a child. It was always fun to spend time with our cousins!  Our families siblings were much the same ages.  Sending sincere condolences to you all! May you find comfort in the wonderful memories you shared! Blessings to you!

Rose Mary, Bobbie Jean, Craig & Family:

We were sorry to hear the sad news about Aunt Vie's passing. We have many wonderful memories of spending time with Aunt Vie during her many visits home to Corner Brook. Shopping, eating and laughing were always a part of each day and we enjoyed every minute of it.

Aunt Vie was so proud of her entire family. She always brought the latest photos of her grandchildren and great- grandchildren home with her to show and share stories about them.

Please accept our condolences on the passing of your beloved Mom, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Thinking of you and your family at this difficult time. She will never be forgotten.

Vi was my grandma’s best friend. Those two hilarious ladies went on so many adventures together. Vi gave my grandma the courage to try new things & to go to new places. 

I will forever be grateful to Vi for the many laughs & kind hugs. She was such a beautiful person, inside & out. Such a blessing. 

Although we didn’t live close, I always looked forward to Aunt Vie’s visits. She always wanted to be updated how everyone was in the family and knew them all by name. As her sisters would decide to “shop until they dropped”, her and I would enjoy a good coffee, a great chat, and a lot of laughter. How I loved her sense of humour and her laugh. Aunt Vie you will never be forgotten. 
To my cousins,  Rose Mary, Bobbie Jean, Craig, and their families, we wish we lived closer in order to be there for you in this time of great loss. Please be reassured of our love and prayers across the miles.

Vi always made me feel special and loved. She had a warm personality and a beautiful smile.  And her laugh was infectious.  I will always treasure the time I spent with her and Bobbie Jean. I know she is in heaven with loved ones and making new friends. We shall all miss Vi.
