Strahan, Virginia (Oliver), 98, born to Hargie and Jesse (Warren) Oliver June 24, 1918 on a farm near Cheney KS, passed away January 13, 2017. She was preceded by her husband, Wayne; parents; 8 siblings; and grandson, Brian. Virginia worked as an office administrator for Phillips Pipeline where she would later retire. Virginia is survived by Robert (Judy) Hill of Cleo Springs, OK and Virgil (Peggy) Hill of Haysville, KS; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; 16 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 17, 2017 with visitation one hour prior at Resthaven Morutary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Heights United Methodist Church, 745 N Westlink Ave, Wichita, KS 67212.
