Resthaven Mortuary & Gardens of Memory

William "Bill" Roush, 92, went to be with the Lord, March 16, 2018. Bill was a retired printer for the Wichita Eagle, United States Navy Veteran and former Scout Master for Troop 702. He was also a member of Northside Church of Christ. Bill enjoyed staying active in his long retirement, playing golf, fishing, woodworking and gardening. He never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone anywhere.

He is preceded in passing by his parents, William S. and Zeta Roush and brother, Gene (Phyllis) Roush. He is survived by his beloved wife of 70 years, Ruth; sons, Steve (Sherry), Rod (Dorothy), and Barry (Pamela) Roush; daughter, Diane (Lee Roy) Weems; brother, Gary Roush; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

His visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Mon. March 19, at Resthaven, and celebration of life service 1:30 p.m. Tue. March 20, 2018, at Northside Church of Christ, 4545 N. Meridian Wichita, KS 67204. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to: Know Your Bible C/O Northside Church of Christ.
