Mr. William 'Bill' Phillips, of Andover,88, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie, and 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Bill is survived by 3 sons, 8 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 9am on Thursday, August 11, with service at 10am at Lakeview.
