Im am so sad to hear that she has left this earth. I will  forever  hold her in my heart.  I will miss that silly girl that made me laugh.  I can hear  her saying " oh no".

Doreen and I spent the day at Madeira Beach earlier this year. We’d golfed together but never spent the day oceanside, shopping, eating, and just sharing life together. It is one of my favorite days of the year. Friendship with Doreen was just…easy. We didn’t have to connect often, but could pick up right where we left off. I learned so much from her and will miss her greatly.

Losing a spouse is an indescribable loss. May you find comfort in the shared memories, and may Doreen's love continue to guide you and her family in the days ahead.

Her impact on your life, her family and the lives of others, is a testament to the beautiful soul she was.

It’s hard to find the words to describe the loss that we all feel. I found this poem which depicts Doreen’s kindness, generosity and ability to be there when you need a friend.  I will miss her dearly, but I feel so fortunate and blessed for all the good times we shared.
