

Forrest, who was originally from Western New York, loved life, his wife, family, friends and living in The Villages. He touched many lives and was known for his outgoing spirit, flair for entertaining, cars and golf carts.
He tolerated the family dog, Oscar and Yoda the bird.
He was a trickster and loved dressing up for Halloween and events. He once went to a Halloween party dressed as Willie Nelson, did a costume change and reappeared as his favorite character, Forrest Gump. He won best costume!
Forrest was the PT Barnum of Reading Rd. and loved being center stage.
He is survived by his wife, Linda F. Dailey, sons Troy (Michele) and Dylan (Kristen), grandchildren Dalton, Cole and Skye, siblings Carole, Lionel and Kenneth. Extended family through marriage included Kristina (Dan), Jeff (Jill), Emily (Lorentz), Zack, Zoey, Cole, Abigail and Arabella.
He will be laid to rest with military honors on August 12, at 1:30 p.m., at Bushnell National Cemetery. A reception at 4 p.m. will follow at Big Cypress Recreation Center, 3110 Hendry Rd., The Villages.
He will be sorely missed, but he is at peace after many years of back pain, various cancers and liver challenges. Go with God my love.
