Born June 6, 1954, in Long Island, New York, she was a daughter of the late Victor A. Ortiz and the late Carman Maria Astacio. Linda was a US Army veteran and retired from the US Government.
Linda is survived by her sons, Eusebius P. Cadet, Jr., daughters, Keedalyn Cadet, Alexandra Ortiz, and Christina Banko; and seven grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter V. Banko.
A Celebration of Life for Linda will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Dignity Memorial Life Celebration Center, 7134 Powell Road in Wildwood, FL.
