Maureen spent 18 years working for AAA. Along with her husband and family she hosted numerous foster children throughout her life and truly made a positive impact on their lives.
She is predeceased by her mother, Catherine Nash and sister, Patricia Farrell.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 44 years, Frank Fitterer; children, Scott Fitterer, Pauline Rider (Colin), Sean Fitterer and Mary Bruno (Michael); sister, Barbara Jean "BJ" Kerner (Bill); grandchildren, Matthew and Alexander Fitterer and Khileigh and Jayden Bruno as well as numerous other extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 22nd from 4:00 to 7:00PM. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, September 23rd at 12:00PM with a reception to immediately follow. All services will be hosted at Dignity Memorial Life Celebration Center in Wildwood.
