Salvatore Vincent Jordan Jr. was born in Brooklyn, NY on March 13, 1951 to Lucia Persico and Salvatore Vincent Jordan Sr (his mustache was born in 1973). He attended Brooklyn Prep, and graduated from Long Island University, Brooklyn, where he met the love of his life, his wife of 52 years, Elizabeth (Martin). They raised their family in Deer Park, NY. In 2019 they moved to the Villages, Florida, and he often stated that it was the greatest decision simply because of all the close friendships he formed. He was a loyal fan of the NY Giants through all of their ups, and their many, many, many, many downs. He was a disgruntled golfer, so he preferred to spend his time managing the Jordan Family Racing Stables. His FAVORITE hobby, however, was talking about his absolute pride and joy: his children Paul Jordan, Kristin Long and her husband Jonathan Long, and Courtney Jordan and her husband Matthew Stocke, and his adored grandchildren Erik Bloomquist-Jordan, William Bloomquist-Jordan, Cian Long, and Lucia Ann Long.
He also leaves behind his dear brother Frank and his wife Elaine, sisters- and brothers-in law who are more than in laws and several loved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
