Regina Marie Vickery McClish

Regina M. McClish (73) of Sandusky died at 10:45 P.M. Monday, April 9, 2012 at Stein Hospice, Sandusky of a brief illness. She was born December 8, 1938 in Bellevue to Merritt C. and Vivian M. ( Cunningham ) Vickery. Mrs. McClish was married August 30, 1958 to Howard L. McClish whom preceded her in death in 1994.

Mrs. McClish was a graduate of Monroeville High School, Class of 1957 and a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Willard and Sandusky Senior Center. She and her late husband Howard owned and operated an organic farm in Monroeville Ohio as well as an organic health food store in Willard from 1965-1973. She lived at and maintained the Family farm until 2005. After leaving the farm to live with her mother Vivian Vickery, Regina enjoyed spending time with her family and friends as well as camping with her mother & sister. Regina was an active Age Exchange Volunteer at the Sandusky Senior Center.

Mrs. McClish is survived by her Mother: Vivian M. Vickery of Sandusky, and sister Kay McClusky of Huron, 2 sons: Lee C. (Cindy) McClish of Ashland and Douglas A. (Cheryl) McClish of Bellville. Daughter: Marie A. (Gregory) Hall of Syracuse, NY. 5 granddaughters -Lindsey McClish, Holly McClish, Bethany McClish, Brittany McClish, Vivian Hall. 5 grandsons- Levi McClish, Logan McClish, Lucas McClish, Bryce McClish, Carter Hall. She was preceded in death by her father: Merritt and husband: Howard.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Roger Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Lindsey-Kocher Funeral Service, 323 Myrtle Ave., Willard.
