Richard, am so glad to have met you, your kindness, interesting conversations  and smiles will be greatly missed.  Also the many candy suckers you provided to the little (& BIG) people.  You will be remembered by many, always.  I am honored our paths had crossed. Bless You!

To Richard's Family:  So many of us, who worked with Richard at the Willows are deeply affected by his loss.  Richard had a wonderful sense of humor and sincere heart, that he showed again and again to his clients as well as his fellow employees.  With his strong work ethic and positive attitude, he was a joy to work with!  He propelled many of us to have a new and better outlook on life.  I and others, will miss him more than I can say. To Richard's Family:  We knew Richard through family care plan meetings for a friend of ours who is a resident of The Willows.  He was always kind, knowledgeable, and wanted the best for the resident.  I'm sure he was that way with all of The Willows residents he worked with.
