Vanessa Ann Bayes

Vanessa A. Bayes (63) of Willard died Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at her home. She was born December 26, 1953 in Adrian, MI to the late Rondal and Opal (Chaffins) Bayes. Vanessa was an oven attendant at Pepperidge Farms and retired after 36 years. She was a member of the Willard Moose Lodge, enjoyed going to casinos, scratch tickets with the Ohio Lottery and cherished the time she spent with her granddaughter Ryia and her dog scrap.

Vanessa is survived by her son: Shawn Collins of Fostoria, daughter: Stacia (Craig) Atkins of Willard, granddaughter: Ryia Atkins, 2 brothers: Ronnie (Suzie) Bayes of Punta Gorda, Fl and Don (Cilla) Bolen of Crestview, FL, step-mother: Jan Bayes of Bradenton, FL and her best friend: Teresa Phillips of New Washington. She was preceded in death by her parents and former husband Herman Collins.

Friends may call Sunday, December 17, 2017 from 2-6 P.M. at the Lindsey-Kocher Funeral Service, 323 Myrtle Ave., Willard, OH. with funeral services being held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home with Pastor Rickie Branham officiating. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery, Willard.
