

Ann was born in Greenville, South Carolina, grew up in Arcadia, California, and raised her children in Orange, California.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Alvin Huber and Bernice Ida Huber (Quinn), and her beloved brother, William Clayton Huber.
Before retiring to Williamsburg, she owned a pattern company, an antique shop, and enjoyed teaching sewing classes. She also worked for a small CPA firm. She loved animals, antiques, gardening, and decorating. She was a remarkable seamstress, fearless in taking on any craft or home improvement project. She had a passion for cooking and entertaining, and her homemade pickles were second to none. She loved her friends and family deeply.
She is survived by her children Shelly Kay Polansky (Matthew); Christopher Osborn (Jamie); and Macie Elizabeth Osborn-Chavers; her six grandchildren Peter and Abigail Polansky; Kaili Osborn; Micayla Osborn, Quinton Osborn, and Kenneth Chavers, and her brother John Michael Quinn. Also surviving her are her many lifelong friends she cherished since her school days in California.
