Camille M. Wilm

Born on June 10, 1936, in New York, Camille spent much of her life in Fallston, Maryland, where she worked for over 20 years in admissions at Fallston General Hospital. In 2001, she and her late husband, Ted, moved to Williamsburg, Virginia, and built a home in Ford’s Colony to enjoy their retirement years. While Camille lived in several places, she always referred to Williamsburg as her home.

Camille had a deep love to travel and a zest for life that showed in everything she did — from spirited games of couple’s bridge, to lively conversations with members of her book and dinner clubs. Above all, Camille cherished the time spent with her family and friends, who will remember her warmth, wit, gracious smile, and generous spirit.

Camille was the beloved wife of Ted Wilm for almost 50 years, until his passing in 2010. Camille and Ted were the devoted parents of Ted Wilm (Mary Kay) and Peter Wilm (Sheila). Camille dearly loved her four grandchildren, Ted Wilm (Lisa), Stephen Wilm (Madeline), Connor Wilm (Jordan) and Morgan Platt (Bryan). Camille cherished each of her seven great-grandchildren, Teddy, Shane, Penelope, Callie, Reed, MacKenzie and Maddyn. Camille, and all of her family members from around the country, recently celebrated her 90th birthday in Carlsbad, California. It was a trip her family will remember forever.

As a devout Catholic and long-time parishioner, a Mass and Rite of Christian Burial for Camille will be celebrated at noon on Friday, September 18, 2026 at St. Bede Catholic Church, located at 3686 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
