Charles Francis Touron

He attended Elon University from 1991-1994 and earned a BS/AB in Math/Physics, East Carolina University from 1996-1999 earning his MA in Pure Mathematics, and Old Dominion University from 2001-2009 where he received his Ph.D in Computational and Applied Mathematics. Charles served his country as a computer scientist for the United States Department of the Army.

A member of the International Math Association Club, he also enjoyed spending time with his family, attending St. Bede Catholic Church and growing his relationship with the Lord.

Charles is survived by his wife, Julie; son, Brett Touron; daughters, Alexandria, Bayley and Abbey Touron; parents, Francis and Janice Touron; sister, Angela Touron; and grandmother, Catherine Denny.

Visitation is Friday, January 29th from 3-7pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, Virginia. Mass will be held at Saint Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, Virginia on Saturday, January 30th at 1pm. Burial will be at 2pm on Monday, February 1st at Southern Palms Memorial Gardens in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
