Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Francis Annette Coberly; grandchildren, Santana Dowdy and Ronald Coberly; great-grandchildren, Audry Lynn and Sophia Dowdy; sisters, Betty Harding, Geri Cheatham, Jane Stinson (Bobby), and Liz Davis (Larry); brother, Kenneth (Tammy); as well as many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, on Thursday, December 4 at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Avalon or the American Cancer Society.
