Clay Alexander Batchelor Jr.

Clay Alexander Batchelor, Jr. (Alex) passed away suddenly on October 6, 2016 at the age of 39. He was born Nov. 29, 1976 and resided in Williamsburg, VA. Alex attended Bunn High School and Wake Technical Community College. Like his father, he had a love and talent for working with cars and was an avid Tar Heel fan. He had a great sense of humor, intense love for his family, and a gentle, kind spirit that will be greatly missed. His greatest source of pride and joy was his son, Clayton.

He is survived by his precious son, Clayton and Clayton's mother, Joy Batchelor, of Youngsville; mother and stepfather, Judy and Jimmy Hutter of Williamsburg, VA; sister and brother-in-law, Brooke and Ken Wheeler of Franklinton; brother, Bret Batchelor of Clayton; nephews, Reid Wheeler, Trent Wheeler, and Logan Batchelor. Alex was preceded in death by his father, Clay Batchelor.

A memorial service will be held to remember Alex at Flat Rock Baptist Church in Louisburg, NC.
