After serving his country in the U.S. Army, Daniel received the ICOM Decoration and later became a warehouse employee of the Naval Weapon Station in Newport News. He was a faithful member of the Powerhouse of Praise Church.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Shelley Lee Donaldson; sons, Daniel R. Lee, Farris Cundifff, Richard Josey; daughter, Keyanna S. Lee; grandchildren, Neviyah Lee, Akeria Lee, Jasmyne Josey, Naima Josey, Kendra Cundiff, Desmond Wayne, Jahvian Cundiff, Precioo Cundiff and Trinity Cundiff.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 from 12:00-1:00 PM at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church, 8660 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA, where a service will follow at 1:00 PM. Repass will take place at Buskey’s Café, 8934 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185.
