He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Irene Riggleman.
David was a self-employed lifelong mechanic. He also worked for Henry S. Branscome, Inc. and in Mobile Estates over the years.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Hilda F. Riggleman; one daughter, Jennifer “Jenny” Deal and her husband, Daniel; one grand-daughter, Jessica Deal; his brother, Robert “Bobby” Riggleman; his sister, Edna Mae Gilley; half-brother, Paul Riggleman; numerous half brothers and sisters; and other family and friends.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 7 from 6-8pm at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA, where a service will take place on Sunday, March 8 at 1pm. Interment will follow at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
