He was a graduate of Franklin Institute, teacher of Fiber Optics for ATT, and owner of Crystal Tech making and installing fiber optic cables.
From an early age, he loved science and was fond of astronomy and watching the night sky for hours. He also loved taking pictures and developing his own photography.
Dominick was in the Garfield cadets for two years, as well as competitions and parades. He played the soprano just like his dad, his brother Frank and his brother Douglas.
Dominick is survived by his siblings, Douglas J. Tambone, Frank J. Tambone, Loren R. Silva, and Diane M. Burns.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dominick’s memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, https://www.stjude.org/about-st-jude.html.
Dominick had a big heart, and his last act of kindness was to give many people another chance of life by being an organ donor.
