Edith Carter Moss

Edith Carter Moss, 90, passed away on March 13, 2018. Her husband, James Edward Moss, preceded her in death. Edith was a homemaker and was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. She enjoyed gardening, flower arranging, reading, sewing, and crafts. Edith is survived by her son, Charles Philip Moss and his wife, Kay Moss; her daughter, Nancy Moss Wright and her husband, Durward Wright; grandchildren, James Moss, Andrew Moss, Jessica Smith and David Wright; and great-grandchildren, Zora Dove Smith and Henry Ward Smith. A visitation will be held from 12-2 pm on Saturday, March 17 at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Highway, Birmingham, AL, followed by a service at 2pm.
