She was predeceased by her husband, Earle W. Theobald; her parents, Adolph and Maud Pintner; and her brother, Edger Pintner. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey E. Theobald (Diana); her daughter, Jennifer A. Page (Patrick), and her grandchildren, Christine E. Page and Catherine L. Page.
Elaine was an avid and faithful member of The First Church of Christ Scientist of Williamsburg, VA.
Interment will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
