Frank Jones, age 86, departed his earthly home on March 7, 2023. He was born in Lacrosse, VA and grew up in Newport News, VA. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lucy Morris Jones Forehand, and father, George Lee Jones.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Linda Jones of Williamsburg, VA; his daughter – Kendall Jones Fry (Mark) of Yorktown, VA, and son – Michael Jones of Wilmington, NC; his brothers – James Jones of Lanexa, VA and William Jones (Kathy) of Richmond, VA; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law – Robert & Rosa Beck of Tuscaloosa, AL; and three grandsons – Matthew and Brandon Fry; and Michael R. Jones, Jr.; and extended family and friends.
A graduate of Warrick High School in Newport News, VA, he had a long career in capital equipment sales and had his own business, K&M Graphics, prior to retirement.
His desire was to be remembered by family and friends as loving and supportive.
