On Sunday, May 31, 2020, Harold Leon Graves unexpectedly went to be with the Lord.
Harold Leon Graves was born on, February 21, 1962 to Vivian Graves and the late Harold Coles. We will forever cherish his fond memories, his sense of humor, always making us laugh, as well as, being the life of the party. It was well known that Harold was a devoted Cowboys fan - always cheering them on.
He received his early education in the Williamsburg James City County Public School System. He later joined the Job Corps in San Marcos, Texas and was employed at the Colonial Pancake House in Williamsburg, Virginia.
On September 25, 2005, he married Hope Marie Primm. They shared 15 years together learning and loving one another. He always demonstrated love, and compassion for his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, the late Harold Coles.
He leaves to cherish his life, his loving wife, Hope P. Graves; one daughter, Tahesha Graves; one step-son, James Simpson; his mother, Vivian Graves; stepfather, Charles Harris; his brothers, Jerome Graves, Jasper Graves, Jerry Graves (Monica), and Tally Harris; his sisters, Arlene Ashby (Ricky), Lillian Edwards, and Gwen Lee; his brothers in law, Elder Ronald Primm (Jackie), Elder Chris Primm (Mary), Minister Stephen Primm (Virginia), Elder Mark Primm, and Pastor Gary Primm (Donna); and sister in law, Danna Primm. Also, his aunts; Ruby Cotes, Mildred Harris (William), Debres Wise (June), Celestine Coles (Samuel), Lenora Meekins (Ellis), and Shellice Graves a friend.
