Jean Scott passed away on October 29, 2015 at Morningside in Williamsburg, VA. She retired from James City County in 1994. Her passion was her yard work, a mixture of flowers from her Mom’s yard and garden centers. She is survived by her children, Sandy Sammons Cheatham (Frank), Wayne Scott (Debbie) and Ed Scott. She was survived also by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Nelsen Funeral Home from 5pm – 8pm on November 1, 2015. A private graveside service will be held at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
