John Nelson Edwards

John worked as a Bridge Controller for USAF. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and received the rank of Sergeant First Class (E-7) with 20 years of service. He loved to be outdoors and loved all of his babies.

John is survived by his son, Chris Edwards; daughter, Melanie Foister (Joe), Teena Hagerty, Jenni Taylor (Javis) and Bobbi Jo Stevens (John); grandchildren, Caitlynn, Donovan, Toby, Dakota, Shyla, Khali, Javis, Jr., and Addie; great-grandchildren, Rosie, AJ and Jenesis; Brothers, Eddie and Jeff (Cathy) and ; and sister, Jeannie.

A service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
