

Mr. Morley was born October 1, 1925 in Youngstown, Ohio to Cornelius and Millicent Morley. He was known for his entrepreneurial success throughout his lifetime, retiring from his partnership from the Edgar A. Miller Company in 1990 and then making his home in North Fort Myers, Florida. Joe loved to travel. He and his wife began their lives together as professional traveling photographers. Later they travelled the world often taking their adult children with them.
He was known for his generous spirit. Christmas, Saturday evenings and summer time were his favorite times. He and Edwina gathered their 5 children, their spouses and 16 grandchildren in their home for memorable times. He assisted his grandchildren financially to achieve their degrees, fulfilling an ongoing life legacy.
He was active in the Lions Club in Youngstown, President of the Hammond Organ Club and was a ham radio operator.
Joseph is survived by his brother Michael D. Morley of Ithaca, N.Y., his children Frances R. Lockard (James) from Williamsburg, VA; Margaret “Peggy” L. Morley (Tony Liguore) from Youngstown, Ohio; Lawrence W. Morley from Donnelsville, Ohio; Tracy L. McElrath (James) from Mineral Ridge, Ohio; Barbara J. (Lillias) Morley (wife of deceased Joseph M. Morley) from Girard, Ohio, 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
