She was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. Eddy.
Joyce worked as an Interior Decorator in Lexington, KY, and Pittsburgh, PA.
In Williamsburg she was a long time volunteer in the Presidents’ Office of Colonial Williamsburg.
Joyce is survived by her daughter Kristan and her daughter Amelia, as well as her son Stephen and his wife Enrica and their daughter Lavinia and son Nicola.
A private service will be at the convenience of the family.
