Leonard H. Modesto passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and joy. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother, and friend, Leonard's life was a living testament to compassion, laughter, and unwavering faith in God.
Leonard was a man who truly lived. He adored his wife and children with a heart full of warmth and pride. His love extended far beyond his immediate family — touching the lives of friends, extended family, and even strangers, whom he welcomed as if they had always belonged.
Music was one of Leonard’s greatest joys. As a mariachi, he brought light, spirit, and celebration wherever he performed. His songs told stories, carried memories, and brought people together — just like he always did in life.
Though he has gone home to be with the Lord, Leonard’s spirit will live on in the music he played, the love he gave, and the countless lives he touched.
He is survived by his Wife Mercy Modesto of 54 years, Children Paul and (Karla) Modesto, Roxanne Modesto, Naomi and (Leonardo) Alonso and Joseph Modesto, Grand Children Leonard Modesto III, Jacob and (Mayra) Tapia, Alyssa Gibson, Timothy and (Justine) Tadena, Desiree and (Darin) Mulitauaopele, Marisela Modesto, Nicolas and (Alicia) Proffitt, Paul Modesto Jr., Andres and (Haley) Modesto, Leonardo and (Alicia) Alonso Jr., Eileen Alonso, Joseph Modesto, Thomas Alonso, Nalani Modesto and Ezrah Modesto, Great Grandkids Lexi Gutierrez, Isaiah Tapia, Jeremiah Tapia, Gabriel Mulitauaopele and Emilia Mulitauaopele, Colton Tapia, Frankie Proffitt, Damon Proffitt, Isabel Modesto and baby on the way Modesto Siblings, Stephen and (Carmen) Modesto, Isabella Modesto, Ruben and (Delvina) Modesto, Gina and (Jerry) Gonzales, lots of nephews, nieces and on and on…
