Lena Possich Stone

She was preceded in death by her son, Lester J. Stone III, and parents, Mary and Rudy Possich. Lena spent her 45 year career in Washington D.C. working for the FBI, a prominent legal firm, and the federal government.

She later moved to Williamsburg in 2006 to be closer to family in retirement. She loved gardening and flowers of all kinds. She also enjoyed reading, going to the Rec Center, and getting together with her friends and family, especially at social events.

Lena is survived by her siblings, Connie J. Williamson, Wallace Possich (Linda), Ronald Possich, and Donald Possich; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 29, 2025 at Nelsen Funeral Home, Williamsburg, Virginia, with a service to follow at 12:00 PM on Friday, January 30, 2025.

A committal service will be conducted at Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Dr, Williamsburg, VA, 23188 following the service.
