Lucy was born November 12, 1941 in Williamsburg, VA, to Charles Edward Johnson and Christine Hunley Taylor.
A visitation for Lucy will be held Friday, September 15, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, Virginia 23188. A service will occur Saturday, September 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at New Beech Grove Baptist Church, 361 Beechmont Dr, Newport News, VA 23608. An interment will occur Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
