MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY FOR MAGGIE WAS A VERY SPECIAL LADY SHE TREATED ME VERY WELL WHEN I FIRST CAME TO WILLIAMSBURG SHE WILL BE MISSED AND WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS FOREVER

I remember visiting the family home on Magruder Ave. Mrs. Maggie was welcoming and always had that warm smile. May the fond memories of Mrs. Maggie bring you some comfort.

I'd like to extend my sincere condolences to the family of Ms. Maggie Bolden. I was saddened to hear of her passing. I have such fond memories of growing up on Magruder Ave. and I can still hear her distinctive voice and see her smile. I will keep the family in my prayers during this time of transition.  And I trust that the love of God and friends sustain you.

As you know, your mother treated me like a daughter. I loved her spirit, spunky demeanor, wisdom, and her big smile. We laughed a lot!! She opened her home and heart to everyone.  Ms. Maggie (mom) loved the Lord and shared it with the world through her kindness.  I have fond memories of the many times we spent together, and will always keep them in my heart.  Although, I am unable to join you Saturday during her Home-Going, as you honor a life well lived, I have comfort knowing that we now have a special guardian angel to watch over us.
