Mary T. Siler, 94, of Williamsburg, and formerly of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017. She was predeceased by her husband, Evan D. Siler. She is survived by her daughter, Courtney Frantz and her husband Richard Vines; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
