Patricia Ann “Tee Tee” Blizzard at the age of 61 suddenly departed this life on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Sentara Hospital, Hampton, VA.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Edmund Brown; her brothers, Randy C. Brown, Sr. and Kenneth “Kenny” Brown; and grandmother, Rhoda Brown.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving husband, Larry Blizzard, Sr.; her son, DeWayne Foster, Sr.; mother, Doris “Ann” Matthews; her sisters, Cindi Martin (Jeffery), Sheila Batts (Derrick), Veronica Curry; brother, Franklin Phillips; grandchildren, DeWayne Jr., Deion, Drider Foster; goddaughter, LaWanda Herring; step-sister, Betty Walker; step-brother, Larry Bogger; step-children, Larry A. Blizzard, Jr. (Pamela), Lurrell A. Blizzard, Latoya A. Parham (Matthew), Lamonte’ A. Blizzard (Latoyia), Landon A. Blizzard and Jasmine E. Blizzard; sisters-in-law, Eva Blizzard, Lois Hillard; brothers-in-law, Lawrence and Linwood Blizzard (Regina); nineteen step-grandchildren; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins, and caring friends.
