She was born in Onslow County, North Carolina to the late Henry and Effie Jarman. She was preceded in death by her sister, Eleanor Harper; nephew, Gregory Harper; great-grandson, Elijah Daniel Young; and two brothers-in-law.
Pat is survived by a loving husband of 49 years, James A. Rivord, her five children, Beverly Jean Patton, Jeffrey Lee Hill, Kimberly Ann Bartels, Lee Ann Liebler and James Douglas Rivord; 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. She is also survived by her sister, Linda Winberry and one niece.
A visitation will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at Nelsen Funeral Home, Williamsburg. The service will take place the following day, August 6, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Williamsburg.
Patricia will be laid to rest in Williamsburg Memorial Park, 130 King William Drive, Williamsburg, Virginia.
