

She was a lifelong resident of Williamsburg. She retired from Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools after 26 years as a bus driver. She didn't just drive for the Norge Need Center; she was passionate about the children and their families. They became part of her family. She loved reading and traveling to West Virginia. Pat loved being around her family and hosting many family events.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, John and Louise Bowden; sister, Teresa Bowden Savage; and great-grandson, Coleman “Cole” Young.
She is survived by her brother, John Bowden; son, Frank Driscoll (Kim); daughter, Tammy McCormick (Rory); son, Kenny Driscoll (Amy), and Todd Driscoll; grandchildren: Danielle Young (Kevin), Briana Morris (Justin), Courtney Thompson (Mike), Abby McGuire (Alex), Nick Driscoll (Destiny), Bodie Driscoll, Patrick Driscoll; great grandchildren: Hunter Morris, Walker Young, Wyatt Thompson, Franklin McGuire, Palmer Young, Theo Driscoll, Phoebe McGuire, Kenny Thompson; bonus grandchildren, Micah and Makenzie Newman; and many loving nieces and nephews.
The Service will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with a reception immediately following. The Service and Reception will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
