Pham van Huynh

Pham Van Huynh, 95, passed away peacefully at home on June 16th, 2023 in Williamsburg, Virginia. He was born August 10th, 1927, in Binh Trieu subdivision, Thu Duc district, Saigon, Vietnam to Chat Van Huynh and Sen Thi Nguyen. He immigrated to the United States with his wife and family in 1992.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lien Thi Nguyen; sister, Xinh Huynh; brother, Tham Huynh; his daughter, Phu Huynh; and his son, Hanh Huynh.

Pham is survived by brother, Hon Huynh in Viet Nam. He is the father of Kim Anh Le (husband Hoang Le); Phu Huynh (husband Hao Ho); Qui Funk (husband Dennis Funk); Noel Mahler (husband Joseph Mahler); Hoa Huynh (wife Loan Huynh); Hanh Huynh; and Lili Slayton (husband Glenn Slayton), all living in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Also left to treasure his memory are his grandchildren: Yen Ho (husband Anh Tran); Dung Ho (wife Hoa Pham); Joseph Funk and Regina Funk; Jane Mahler; Lena Huynh, Hannah Huynh, and Roy Huynh; Laura Slayton and Steve Slayton; and four great-grandchildren, Khang Ho, Vivian Tran, Henry Tran and Lucas Ho.

A private Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 24th, 2024.
