Ronnie, a special child of God, was born December 6, 1974, in Williamsburg, VA. For 41 years he was a resident of Southeastern Virginia Training Center in Chesapeake, VA.
Ronnie was loved by all who were blessed to have known him, and he showed his love in return by his joyous reaction toward them through his smiles. His presence will truly be missed, but memories of him will forever be in our hearts.
Ronnie is survived by his loving and devoted mother, Armelia Lewis Bell; and sister, Darnisha Yvette Bell of Los Angeles, CA; and a host of other relatives.
The Family would like to give special thanks to the caring staff, nurses, and all employees of Southeastern Virginia Training Center that took part in Ronnie's care from housekeeping to facility director.
