Sarah Idele

Sarah Hazen Idele, 63, passed away on August 25, 2013, peacefully at her home in Williamsburg. She was preceded in death by her father, William F. Hazen and brother, Drew Hartnett Hazen of Montgomery, AL. Sarah was an accountant for the St. Bede Catholic Church until she retired. She enjoyed being a member of the Women of the Moose, Williamsburg Chapter 1755. Sarah was a lover of animals and was predeceased by Molly, Max, and survived by Scottie. She is also survived by her husband, John Robert Idele and her son, Michael Hartnett Cullinan. A service will be held Friday, August 30 at 2 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Sarah’s memory may be made to the Heritage Humane Society, 430 Waller Mill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23185 or to Moose Heart Charities 155 South International Drive, Mooseheart, Illinois 60539.
