She was born to Helen and Charles Pruitt on May 14, 1959 and grew up in Newport News, Virginia. Susan was a 1977 graduate of Menchville High School and also graduated from Thomas Nelsen Community College. She retired from Colonial Williamsburg.
She is predeceased by her mother, Helen Pruitt.
Survivors include her father, Charles Pruitt, Williamsburg, Virginia; and brother and sister-in-law, Stephen and Diane Pruitt, Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
The service will be held at Olive Branch Church, 7643 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Virginia 23188 on Wednesday, December 20th at 11am.
